 My fourth contribution to the Warzone 2100 Project

 Patch's description follows:

 Engine: Graphics
 - Fixed 2 rockies tileset decals (page-55.png and page-62.png)
 - Added team colour as well applied TCMask code for Repair Facility's
 Turret
 - Merged & reduced number of polygons for AA Flak Cannon & Sunburst AA
 Rocket Array models. Fixed AA Flak Cannon gun barrel model too.
 - Added a muzzle connector for the Plasmite Flamer, so it's muzzle flash
 can be saw when firing, as well the Heavy Repair Turret & Repair
 Facility's Turret (when repairing a unit).

 Data: Stats
 - Reduced Repair Turret weight to 750
 - Reduced Heavy Repair Turret weight to 1.500 & removed sensor base plate,
 it looks weird with that.
 - Fixed research icons for Bombard Pit, Plasma Cannon Emplacement & Ground
 Shaker Emplacement
 - Fixed Command Turret research upgrades, their upgrades are now applied
 on the design screen & stats tweaked.
