#2765: client disconnect freezes/kills the game

 This does happen quite often if not in 100% of the cases. If a client
 looses the internet connection during the game, the host will freeze.
 Then, after some time a few (why just a few?) other clients get the "host
 has dropped connection" message and cannot continue playing. The host then
 often (always?) gets the game back with the remaining players. It is not
 uncommon that the incident causes further "host has dropped messages" and
 freezes. It would be cool if this could be tested for 3.0 (this happened
 in 2.3.8 and earlier versions) as i suspect the new netcode should solve
 that problem.
