#3029: Only the last 'research module' structure in structures.txt can be built

Only the last structure in structures.txt with the 'Research Module'
function in structurefunctions.txt can be built on structures with the
'Research Facility' function.
Attached is a thrown together mod demonstrating this problem. The standard
research facility and an extra are available, one both are built, research
'''only one''' of the research module topics from the research facility.
One topic will grant the original research module and the other will grant
a second research module. The original module cannot be build on any
research facilities, whereas the second will build fine on both
facilities. Note, that if both research modules are researched, attempting
to build a module with either of the modules from the build menu will
succesfully build a module.
If F1ResearchModule1 and A0ResearchModule1 are swapped in places in
structures.txt so that A0ResearchModule1 is below F1ResearchModule1, only
the original A0ResearchModule1 will be buildable on research facilities.
