The old 3.0 used .warzone2100-3.0 etc., if we reuse that now, old files
might confuse the game. Possible solutions: Reuse the old name and deal
with the fallout. Rename to 3.1. Use a different name, like
.warzone2100-3.0-new, to confuse users instead.
