#3045: wrong install directory

In Windows XP (and presumably all supported Windows OS) 2.3.9 installs by
default to "~\Warzone 2100-2.3.9" vs. "~\Warzone 2100." This means that
2.3.8 is not overwritten, and must be uninstalled manually, which is
something that hasn't been required for stable releases [in my time here
(since 2.2.4)].
