Everything was normal playing the single player campaign until seemingly
without reason my repair units would go up to a damaged unit and a small
ball of light would show but the "lightning" and repair SFX would not
play, no repairs would be made. The repair units will continue to stay
locked on that unit to try and repair it although no repairs are being
made.
