3.1 beta doesn't compile on Fedora with quesoglc-devel. The configure for
3.1 doesn't seem to catch this but the configure for 2.3 did. Definitely
reproducible. Happened on both of my Fedora laptops today as I
reinstalled them from scratch with Fedora 16.
