Test steps
1) Start scirmish game in any flate map[[BR]]
2) cheat "reseach all" and "deity"[[BR]]
3) create 2 vtol templates: [[BR]]
panther vtol Assault Gun[[BR]]
panther vtol "VTOL thermite bomb bay" [[BR]]
check speed of vtols in UI: '''both templates have speed 5.47''' [[BR]]
4) put 2 droids with templates from prev. step on ground
5) set game speed to 0
6) order both vtols to move in parallel (destination in 100 tilies)
7) set game speed to 1/4
Error: vtol with thermite bomb bay much slower but UI show same speed on
both droid!!
