Rank stars get cropped in 10p maps (possibly in 9p, also). A possible
solution would be to stagger the stars, taking a few pixels of space from
the Player Name feild. Another possibility is to move the stars closer
together vertically (perhaps even making them touch).
The "Ready?" above the check in box gets cropped. A possible solution is
to only display the word "Ready?" above the host's check box.
