#3177: Droid production cues can vanish for no reason

I've seen this too many games already, so I set my factory to infinity,
clicked a truck, and waited for it to produce. The result is what I
feared: the factory stopped production. It IS NOT always present, and
seems to happen more likely at your first or second truck. This is a bad
one to me.
