Going through my saved games (from 3.1_beta2) I get the following:
Alpha 1 = Available
Alpha 2 = Available
Alpha 3 = Available
Alpha 4 = Neither (transport)
Alpha 6 = Neither (transport)
Alpha 7 = Neither
Alpha 8 = Available (transport)
Alpha 9 = Neither (transport)
Alpha 10 = Neither
Alpha 11 = Both (transport)
Alpha 12 = Neither (transport)
"transport" denotes the transport mission - I was checking before you
loaded your tanks into the transport.
The results are reproducible.
