- Merged PrintOpenALVersion with sound_InitLibrary since the current usage
isn't completely correct. alGetString should be called after a new context was
successfully created.
- Changed sound_InitLibrary so it would present all available devices to the
debug and dump logs before trying to activating one of them.
- Added successfully opened device name to the debug and dump logs.
