  Prevent newly assigned VTOLs from moving to rearm pads if full.

A VTOL would immediately fly to a rearm pad fully armed after being assigned to 
a VTOL CB sensor.

  Prevent artillery from reacting to objects seen by radar detector towers.

Because Radar Detector droids are unable to observe anything, this works as 
expected. The tower version, however, was causing artillery to attack objects 
near the Radar Detector towers.

  Replace manufactured Nexus Strike sensor units with standard sensor.

Only really affects cam3-4 since the VTOL Strike was capable of allowing 
artillery to react to what they could see. In effect, making the early parts of 
this mission slightly easier.

  Fix campaign maps to use new sensor structures after sensors update.

Beta 4 - Replaced two sensor towers with hardcrete sensor towers.
Beta 5 - Added two new hardcrete sensor towers in the VTOL base.
Gamma 9 - Uses a sensor tower in place of a VTOL strike tower in the NW base.

Flame's water tile correction command was run on each map.
