Obsolete some more tech in Gamma campaign
Flashlight obsoletes Assault Gun weapons. Flashlight Hardpoint obsoletes
Assault Gun hardpoint.
Make all Gamma cyborgs obsolete their older Alpha/Beta predecessors.
