Raveendran, Thanks for your ideas. We have a simpler solution that requires almost no effort. Everybody can join and contributions are not moderated, except for the first post. All spam is caught that way. I guess this one was not caught by human mistake: a moderator approved it by mistake.
I have already reported the post as spam and deleted it from the group.
