Somebody seems to be stealing all of your letters 'a'. Watir needs these, otherwise it's just 'wtir', and lacking the 'application' part can't do anything. I suggest you hire a privte detective to track down where all of your 'a's are disappearing to. The police are no help with this sort of thing - they have no 'a' in their name, and don't care.
