the error means exactly what it says, it is unable to locate an element 
using that ID..  look at the page with something like firebug, the IE 
developer tools or Chrome developer tools and see if you can find a link 
with that ID anywhere on the page.

Just offhand those ID's look to me to be similar to others I've seen that 
are generated dynamically, and if that is the case then they are a poor 
choice for how to identify the objects.  You may need to use some other 
attribute or the link text.   (this sort of thing is why most of us don't 
bother with recorders and just use the developer tools to view the DOM and 
write our own code based on experience and observation of what are good 
consistent ways to identify elements.)
