Hi, Can you please try using the inbuilt hover method to first hover over the element, browser.li(:id,"ctl00_ChangeCustodyMenu").hover # it should now dropdown the list browser.li(:id,"ctl00_DropOffMenuItem").link.click # clicking on the link contained in the newly visible li
