What version of IEDriverServer.exe are you using? More importantly, are you using the 64-bit version of the executable? If you are using the 64-bit exe, don't. Use the 32-bit exe with IE10+. With IE10+, even on 64-bit Windows, and even if you explicitly launch a 64-bit iexplore.exe, the content rendering process is still a 32-bit process unless you go to extraordinary lengths to make it otherwise.
