This is a really annoying bug form the user-side point of view. A common
behavior (if not the most common) is to click on a blip to mark it as read
before replying to it. But because of this bug, this untargeted click will
become the place where the response is inserted, probably cutting the content
you want to reply to in two... This can lead to a huge mess in blips'
organisation. IMHO this bug's priority should be higher than "Minor".
