If you enter a custom gadget URL with no scheme (usually “http://” or
“https://”) and the gadget cannot be loaded, the gadget URL should be tried
with “http://” added to the beginning instead of the wave client just returning
a broken gadget for a seemingly correct URL. This would match the behavior of
web browsers as well as certain other wave clients (e.g., Rizzoma).
