Ali Lown commented on WAVE-389:
-------------------------------
The problem is that we can't solve this.
This source file is from gmodules.com, and is proxied through to appear to be
at waveserver.com/gadgets.
So, in order to fix this with Firefox 19, we have no choice but to include a
local gadget server which is used instead.
(@anybody: do we know of any local gadgets servers which work with WIAB?)
Correct me if I am wrong in this conclusion...
> Gadgets stopped working with Firefox 19

> In Firefox 19 (Ubuntu 12.10) gadgets stopped working. It seems some work
> partially/sometimes (yes/no/mini, map) but most of those tried are completely
> broken (yes/no/maybe, yes/no/maybe+...). With FF 18 they were working. With
> websockets disabled in FF 19 gadgets still don't work. From Chrome/Chromium
> they work perfectly. Firebug aborts some requests to
> opensocial.googleusercontent.com (example in a comment).
