The website doesn't reflect AT ALL about the current status of the project, the
incubator page itself does not provide ANY information about the TRUE status,
and there is no worklist to get the project out of the Incubator and on track
again.
Current team members still interested in the project should add concrete
subtasks or preferrably User Stories to this epic to get it back on track - or
step back and let the project die in peace.
Wave is to awesome to be neglected or done half-assedly, let's either get it in
a state where it can attract more open source users and developers or bury it
properly.
