Sorry Yuri, been busy and haven't been checking here regularly. My read of the 'most important issues' section was that all that was needed for graduation (because that's what the section is about really, as far as the board is concerned) was to migrate to SVN, which we know isn't the case.
Personally, I'd just add what you've mentioned already, "Continue to grow the community" below the SVN line, and you'd be there. The other technical stuff can stay, I just wanted to mitigate that potential misinterpretation of what you've written. Hope that explains better.
