Here is how i setup my development IDE: -Checkout the wave-sources -Build them as instructed (to run their tests) -Install the latest eclipse -Create a new java-project in eclipse -Link in the external wave-repository folder -Create two new source-folders, pointing to the two source folders in the repository -Add all 3rd-party jars to your project's build-path -Done.
This is not the best way to do it, but it works to get started. Now you can write your own wave java client, that e.g. can have a different life-cycle then a robot. How do you do it? Does anyone use a different IDE than Eclipse?
