It seems like there's bug with FakePermissiveAccountStore at line 45:
account = new HumanAccountDataImpl(id, new
PasswordDigest("".toCharArray()));
It assigns the new value to account, but then in the
UserRegistrationServlet there's the following test:
if (accountStore.getAccount(id) != null) {
return "Account already exists";
}
So, basically, it always returns the error message
