it's an average. with the speed setting 0.0 I get 0.4 for almost everything,
anything less is hard. so 0.3 indicates that it is slower, but I guess the
configurable range is too narrow.
I think I know what you mean with the short motions overshooting though, not
sure what the cause for that is yet.
