I am not sure it will completely solve your problem, but if you really mean you 
are on Mesa 7.10, that is not sufficiently recent.  You must be running Mesa 
from git, and on certain hardware, you must be running other pieces from git.

The build instructions are here and they must be followed.  They are also 
sometimes out of date.  On this mailing list you will typically find late 
breaking updated instructions from our faithful build honcho Darxus.
