This patchset adds a new interface, the "tablet pad" interface for the physical tablet bit of Wacom tablets. The already-merged tablet interface only covers the tools, not the buttons and rings/strips on the tablet.
Originally this was intended to become the buttonset interface as a generic interface for devices that are merely sets of buttons and maybe a few axes (but that don't control the cursor). The way how tablets are handled in toolkits is quite different though to, say, a 3d mouse. So let's create a new interface that can be tailored nicely. The interface itself is quite simple, buttons, rings and strips, the latter of which are numbered. Left-handed mode is supported for rings, it's still to be discussed whether we will rearrange buttons when in left-handed mode.
