I just saw an episode where Nice Dress Nellie (the lady Andy says, "Nice dress, Nellie" in "Andy Saves Barney's Morale" episode) actually is heard speaking to someone in another TAGS episode. I know someone is making a list of Nellie's frequent background appearances as the female version of Mr. Schwamp.
Can anyone identify which episode she can be heard saying a line, though not credited in the credits? This, of course, distinguishes her from me, Mr. Schwamp, since I was never heard speaking, though you can see me move my lips in the background in one episode. Perhaps I need to invite Nellie to Mrs. Wiley's next party. We'd sit in the background, of course, and talk about the rain....
