The recent posts on the closing credit scene where Opie and Andy are walking back along the road with their catch of the day jogged my memory. I haven't seen that scene in years! It prompts me to ask another question you experts will surely know. I have the first 5 years, (the b/w years) on DVD from Paramount.....do they use a standard open on all those shows? or does it vary? I know I never see the rock Opie throws hit the water either, yet I've seen it on other copies of the show. Its seems to me its always the same. I realize in the original run there were likely sponsor credits in the voice over too......brought to you by.....? Any help on these open and closing questions is much appreciated!
