Well Mr. Dennis Ernest the episode that you are looking for is season 4 #113, "My Fair Ernest T" When during Mrs. Wiley's tea party, Barney was talking about all the women there beign dogs, saying that in you threw a quail in the middle if the room they would all turn and point.
