The same technique of using a stunt driver as Aunt Bee was used with "Batman"(Adam West) on 'Batman.' Goober, the passenger, was seen with a stuntman as Aunt Bee in the reckless driving scenes;Robin (Burt Ward) was seen as the passenger with the stunt driver as Batman in the fast driving scenes. Incidentally, the Batmobile was driven on the Forty Acres back lot in the 'Batman' clincher episode with False Face in 1966. 'Batman', the ABC series, had just debuted in January 1966 when the TAGS episode 'Aunt Bee Learns to Drive' first aired on February 7, 1966. So, the production of this TAGS episode probably coincided with the filming of the first episodes of 'Batman.'
