John, that sounds like it's a picture from "No Time For Sergeants". On another note, I just read an article that Ruta Lee was presented with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame (see http://www.usatoday.com/life/people/2006-10-11-ruta-lee_x.htm for article). Ruta Lee appeared in 2 TAGS episodes; "Andy on Trial" (Jean Boswell) and "The Hollywood Party" (Darlene Mason).
