Those wanting ringtones on Verizon email PIX capable/enabled cellphones might be able to send an email with attached .wav or .midi sound file straight to your cellphone without having to set up an account at ww.vzwpix.com. Not sure if you have to set up an account or not. To try it just send an email with attached sound file to yourverizoncellphonenumber@ vzwpix.com (300kb max). That is if you don't mind displaying your phone number accross the internet.
