For those who haven't followed this thread, my challenge was to name an actor who appeared on both TAGS and Star Trek: The Next Generation. It's been several days now, so I'm declaring you all officially stumped. The answer is John McLiam, who played Mr. MacDonald the flying instructor in "Aunt Bee's Big Moment." On ST:TNG, he played Fento in the episode "Who Watches the Watchers," a story in which scientists are secretly observing people on a primitive planet, and Capt. Picard is mistaken for a god. It's similar to the classic Star Trek episode "The Paradise Syndrome" in which an Indian tribe mistakes Capt.
