TAGS fans, Recently, a young woman sued our local police department and won. As the details came out, it was ruled that while there was no malice, the police officers in question used extremely poor judgement (official language; word on the street was that they used NO judgement). After the payoff and the official apology from the department, a local commentator was heard to have said, "This is another case where Lawton's got too many Barney Fifes and not enough Andy Taylors."
