The epilogues will get cut 95% of the time when airing on TV. In fact, the first thing I did when purchasing the TAGS DVDs was go from one epilogue to the next as there were some that I had never seen before due to all the network butchering. In "Dogs,dogs,dogs", this is an obvious case of cluelessness on somebody's part, as any TAGS fan would watch this again JUST to see the giraffe speech; instead, somebody sees a longwinded speech that doesn't seem essential to the story.
