Hey everyone! I am the Groovy Miss Poovey; I used to post here awhile back, like maybe 5 or 6 years ago. Lots of life changing things happened but now me & hubby are retire to a small Mayberry-like town in Iowa. When I used to belong, we were living in Central Florida.
When we first got here about5 weeks ago, the town was gearing up for it's annual Tulip Time Festival. they have a bee-u-tee-ful town square, complete with an old cannon. Elvisfife (my hubby) and I were taking a look at it and I jokingly said "I wonder if they have Gomer guard it at night during the 3 day festival?" Just then a fellow put his hand on my shoulder and said "We should, the teenagers always try to cram it full of rotten tomatoes!"
