Our local museum, the John and Annie Glenn Historic Site shows classic movies once in awhile. They had a poster hanging downtown that said they are showing "The Day the Earth Stood Still" with Francis Bavier from 1953 ($5.00 per person, including pizza!) Anyone ever see this movie? An alien ship lands in Washington DC. I've never seen it. Yes, I've seen it, it's one of my favorite sci-fi films of all time. Frances has a bit part as a lady who lives with the (disguised) alien at a boarding house, and thinks the flying saucer is actually somehow the work of the Russians. BTW according to a preview I saw the other day when I went to see "The Dark Knight," they're remaking it. Dixon **************Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget?
