I just made a post about how Siler City was in the wrong place on a recent post. In another episode Siler City is in the wrong place..... Howard Sprague was helping out Tommy Parker with his homework. He was being a big brother to him through some type of helping a kid out thing. Tommy didnt want to study and cleverly directed Howards attention to his attractive sister Betty. Tommy told Howard she had a terrible bus ride to Mount Pilot where she worked at a dance hall and the bus dropped her off in Siler City. IF this gals working in Mount Pilot, shes going in the wrong way if shes being dropped off in Siler City.
