I think we finally closed this case back two or three months ago with the help of Tom Kessel, who was posting at that time. He recognized the way the man in CIC folded his hands in his lap as the same way Mr. Schwamp folded his hands in TAGS. I agree with Tom that it must be Mr. Schwamp in CIC. It does indeed look like him, albeit younger than his TAGS days. I watched CIC again this Christmas, and each time I see it, I become more convinced. I only wish I had CIC on DVD so I could zoom in on his face, but I only have it on VHS. Though we could probably never *prove* it one way or another, I think nearly everyone has now agreed that the man in CIC is actually Mr. Schwamp.
