Check out this piece in the Sunday paper here in Northwest Arkansas. This refers to an incident the other day where a prisoner being booked slipped out of his cuffs, snatched the key from a desk and made a run for it. I All this was caught on surveillance tape and then shown on the news! Not even during a shake down, either.
