As president of our local TAGS chapter,I am asking other chapter members for information as to what goes on in their meetings.
We have quarterly meetings.Our first meeting was a year and a half ago with seven members.At our meeting last month,we had thirty one in attendance at our cookout/meeting.Member growth is a good thing,but can also work the heck out of a chapter president. We always enjoy a good meal,followed by trivia questions.I give out Mayberry related prizes to the winners.I am running out of ideas to keep the meetings fresh and enjoyable. I would like to incorporate a new twist(s) for our meetings.Twenty of us are going to Troy,NC next month for Mayberry Nights in Troy.We will all be wearing custom screen printed chapter shirts.The trip as a group will be a first. Everyone seems to enjoy themselves at our get-togethers.I just don't want boredom or duplicity to endanger our great group. If any of you could share ideas,I would surely appreciate it.
