So, when Elizabeth Crowley from right there in the nation's capitol was deliberately speeding so that Andy would stop her again and she would have to chance to pay for her first speeding ticket, how did Andy handle the money? She paid for the second one in advance of being convicted and also the first. That would have given her two speeding tickets on her driving record if Andy did the paperwork. If he didn't then how did he account for the money? Maybe he and Barn had a slush fund, but of course Barn did not believe in falsifying, so wonder what happened?
