While Sarah was never seen on TAGS, I believe the telephone operator Sarah on Green Acres was. There was a series of episodes where Oliver took over the phone company and the former owner's mother was the operator. She was played by longtime character actress Marie Earl and I am pretty sure her character's name was Sarah.
