Sunday Clothes

Watching "Sermon for Today" and the thing that always gets me about 
repairing the band stand is that nobody ever gets out of their Sunday 
clothes.  Gomer is still wearing his tie when he gets in there among them 
spiders!  Barn does shed the ol' salt and pepper coat but is still wearing 
the suit pants.  I just can't see him endangering the lower half of his 
favorite suit like that.
