TAGS fans,
Saw two TAGS alumni on an episode of "The Rockford Files" yesterday. Arlene
Galonka (Millie) was there, playing a Hollywood agent. Still beautiful, but a
little older. The other alumni was a bigger surprise, though. Jim was in a
hotel room and, hanging on the wall, was a print of the painting that hangs
over the Taylor's fireplace. I wonder if there's any chance it was the exact
same prop (that someone found in a stock room a decade after it last showed up
in Mayberry)?
If you want to see a ton of TAGS alumni, watch the Hitchcock classic, "North by
Northwest". Must have been more than a dozen of them.
