I was watching a CD of Gomer Pyle, USMC, Season 2 Of course there are some TAGS alums. That's the fun part..spotting familiar Mayberry faces, and sometimes places.
Ken Lynch was included, as a Police officer ,,no surprise there (he was in The Manhunt, I believe, Episode 2) Tol Avery (Ben Weaver during Shoplifter Episode and a Juror) as an insurance man David Lewis (aka the Reverend J Edward Breen-What's your hurry?) in a Marine uniform (really different) as,of course, a Chaplain Mrs. Mendlebright..not quite believable as Grandma Pyle (she looked younger than Mrs. Mendlebright) In another TAGS related twist she peeled an apple all in our piece, and they played Mrs. Lesch's entrance music for her.
