Our city council is actually considering allowing residents of Eau Claire ( population 62,000) to raise chickens in their back yards. No roosters. Just laying hens. I can just see it now - an increase in our crime rate when people start throwing chickens at each other. Makes me wonder. If someone throws a chicken at someone, do you warn them by yelling "duck!" or do you have to yell "chicken"? Next thing I know my neighbors will be making elixir in their hot houses. Watching all those TAGS episodes can be a bad influence on people.
